We are currently looking for a Front of House BANQUET SERVER & BARTENDER to join our growing team. Responsibilities include:

  • Arrive with the attitude to service guests in a positive and caring mood
  • Check the Banquet Event Order (BEO) to familiarize yourself with the details of the event 
  • Ensure the room is ready for the event and details needed including set up • Promote teamwork by having an awareness of other guests needs 
  • Ensure water, coffee / tea, wine (where applicable) is topped up, as per the event order
  • Clear tables at appropriate times • Ensure opening and closing bar inventory and cash float is accurate 
  • Ensure that the bar is ready before the scheduled start time 
  • Ensure that the bar is left clean and the ice well is emptied, cash-out is completed and correct 
  • Following each event, everything required is ready for the following BEO 
  • Ensure the banquet room is left tidy after an event or that the room is re-set for the next function 
  • Put all dirty linen away, and recycling is complete
