We are currently seeking a motivated and service-driven PM Outside Services Supervisor to lead our evening operations and ensure a seamless experience for our guests.

As the PM Supervisor, you will play a key role in setting the tone for the end-of-day experience, supporting the Outside Services team, and maintaining the high standards Morgan Creek is known for.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities of the Outside Guest Services Supervisor:

  • Supervise a team of 10-14 staff
  • Manage the overall upkeep of the cart storage area, driving range and shoe cleaning area.
  • Assists in the take down and clean up of golf tournaments and outings.
  • Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
  • Maintains the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion, including the greeting centre/bag drop area.
  • Maintains the cart storage area and cart wash down area in a neat, clean and orderly condition.
  • Prepares golf carts for play following the standards of Morgan Creek Golf Course.
  • Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
  • Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
  • Performs other duties as required.
  • Provide leadership and oversight of Outside Services operations during afternoon and evening shifts
  • Ensure consistent execution of all duties to established club standards
  • Uphold accountability, professionalism, and attention to detail across the team
  • Deliver clear direction, support, and real-time coaching to staff
  • Oversee cart operations, practice facility presentation, and overall service flow
  • Work closely with the Outside Services Manager and fellow Supervisors to ensure alignment across operations
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented environment that balances high standards with an enjoyable workplace culture
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding daily operations and team performance

Minimum Qualification for the Outside Guest Services Attendant:

    • Must have high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 3+ years serving experience in similar venue 
    • Must be available to work the afternoon shift (12-8:30pm, 1:00-9:30pm or later)
    • Valid Driver’s License is required.

We are currently looking to add 1–2 part-time team members to our Snack Bar & Beverage Cart team for the upcoming fall/winter season and into next summer.
We are looking for reliable, outgoing individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing great customer service.

Position Overview
This position will include working in both our Snack Bar and on the Beverage Cart throughout the season. Staff will be responsible for serving golfers, preparing and serving food and beverages, handling transactions, maintaining cleanliness, and providing friendly and efficient service to our guests.  Successful applicants will receive training in both Snack Bar and Beverage Cart operations.

Overnight Security & Grounds Support (Graveyard Part Time Position)

Description

The Overnight Security & Grounds Support position is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and orderly environment throughout the Morgan Creek Golf Course property during overnight hours. This position will conduct regular property patrols, monitor buildings and facilities, secure gates and access points, and identify and report any safety, security, maintenance, or operational concerns.

In addition to security responsibilities, the position will assist the Grounds Department with routine tasks that can be completed overnight to help prepare the golf course and facilities for the following day’s operations.

The successful candidate will be dependable, observant, self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and capable of responding appropriately to unusual or emergency situations.

Schedule: This is a year round, part-time position including 2 overnight shifts per week with possibility of covering full-time staff on holidays.
Responsibilities:

Security & Property Patrol
  • Conduct regular patrols of the golf course, clubhouse, maintenance areas, parking lots, buildings, and other Morgan Creek property.
  • Monitor the property for unauthorized persons, vehicles, suspicious activity, vandalism, trespassing, or other security concerns.
  • Report any unusual activity, damage, hazards, equipment issues, or maintenance concerns to management.
  • Respond appropriately to alarms, emergencies, or other incidents and contact emergency services when required.
  • Maintain accurate records or logs of overnight patrols, incidents, and noteworthy observations.
Other Duties
  • Conduct regular checks of washrooms and public facilities throughout the overnight shift.
  • Clean and service bathrooms as required, including restocking supplies and removing garbage.
  • Assist the Grounds Department with tasks that can be safely and effectively completed during overnight hours. Task include pulling golf flags each night, moving tee blocks on scheduled nights.
