Today Callaway Golf announced the launch of "Truvis Technology" in the Callaway Chrome Soft.
So what is Truvis?
Twenty years ago, July 25, 1995, Morgan Creek Golf Course opened its doors and launched into the world of golf in Canada.
Since that day we have seen the Thomas McBroom designed course receive awards for Golf Digest’s “Best New Course in Canada(2nd) in 1996, Score Golf Magazine’s “Top 100 Courses” in Canada and the BCPGA “Top Facility”in British Columbia.
After a stunning performance at Augusta, the game seems to be in the hands of some very young and talented superstars. Most notability, Jordan Spieth has risen to the top of the world in seemingly no time. I, like many other thought that we’d never see a performance like Tiger in 97’, but Jordan has a complete game and displayed it on golf’s biggest stage.
After an unseasonably warm and dry start to the season, the course is holding up great. We are glad that June has opened with some natural precipitation, as it is an easy way to help keep hot sports under control.
We are currently in the process of mowing down the tall fescue that borders the golf course as well as keeping the course maintained at a world class level.
